Turning moon dust into water means breathable air is possible as well.
America's plans to go back to the Moon for future human exploration. The goal is to live and work on the Moon for increasing periods of time. In other words - colonize the Moon.
NASA is planning on having a man back on the Moon by 2017. Their goal this time will be to learn how to live on the Moon. The first return journey will cost around $100 billion dollars.
New space suits are being developed to allow humans explore longer and farther than the previous missions.
Heating Moon dust to 800 degree Centigrade will turn it into water.
